I am a proud, private mother of two and a woman who has worn many hats throughout my life. My work spans wellness, entrepreneurship, creative direction, and advocacy, shaped by both professional experience and lived perspective.
Born and raised in New York City, with Brooklyn roots, I spent more than 15 years immersed in the energy and opportunities of Manhattan life. While New York continues to shape who I am, my journey has taken me far beyond its borders. Travel, particularly across Europe, has expanded my perspective, and Germany holds a deeply special place in my heart.
Over the years, I have developed ventures across wellness, lifestyle services, and creative projects, each grounded in the belief that clarity, balance, and meaningful impact are essential to long-term success.
Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I remain committed to community engagement and nonprofit missions that support service, education, and global connection. Contributing to initiatives that uplift others is an important part of the work I choose to do.
